1990's The English Pub Mug Stein Tankard Key Biscayne FL-Jamaica Inn Restaurant
Fun Advertising Mug or Stein from The English Pub that was location in Biscayne Florida and connected to the Jamaican Inn. A destination hot spot until the early 1990's when it was closed when hurricane Andrew swept in. Decorated like a an old English pub, made in the style of an old English Merchant ship was the decor and there were several bars located inside as well. One held thousands of ‘drinking mugs’ including the mugs of C.G.(BB)Rebozo, and his friend President Richard M. Nixon. This mug has the Old English Crest printed on one side and their mantra "Honour, Fame, Love and Wealth may desert us but Thirst is Eternal" on the other side. It is a thick ceramic mug with a large "C" style handle.
This mug measures 5" high x 5 1/2" wide and is in very good pre-owned condition free of any chips or cracks. Would make a wonderful addition to any mancave or a great gift for anyone who use to visit The English Pub and Jamaica Inn.
Vintage and antique items have been loved and used by the previous owner so please expect for there to be some imperfections. If there are any major imperfections such as age cracks, rust, chips, etc I will do my best to list them. I will combine shipping if you buy multiple items when I can.
