I am not sure who this is made by, I don't see any markings except the the Ford 8600 Stickers on the engine.  It might be made by Ertl, but I don't see any markings indicating that. I have also owned other Ford Diecast tractors, that I thought were made by Ford.  I could be wrong.  The difference I see in this tractor compared to the other Ertl Ford 8600 tractors listed is the exhaust pipe.  Mine is flush and the others are up somewhat.  And the paint on mine indicates to me that this is the way that this one was made.  I also see some differences in the back and front tires, some the same and some different.  As far as the condition, it is solid and everything works as it should.  The steering wheel is bent a little and it was probably dropped a long time ago when a kid, who was lucky enough to have owned one of these back in the day, dropped it on its rear.  The back right fender is bent a little.  Both could be straightened out with a little finesse and work.  There aren't many of these big boy tractors around and they are getting harder and harder to find.  I haven't come across any in over 15 years picking.  I don't clean any of my vintage items because most collector's prefer it that way.  They either want them as is or do it themselves.  This is definitely a cool old piece that would make a great display piece or for some lucky kid to play with.  Zoom in and check it out.
