Unless otherwise specified DVD and Blu-ray discs sold are designed for use in Australian and New Zealand systems. DVD discs are Region 4, PAL format. Blu-ray discs are Zone B, PAL format.

International customers from USA and Europe and many other countries these discs will not play on your equipment unless you have a multiple region player and PAL TV. Note Blu-ray discs will not play on DVD players.

Returns

A Return Authority Number (RMA NO:) must be obtained prior to returning any product. Please choose carefully as we may not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. New products may only be returned if unopened, in original packaging and still in mint condition, a 20% restocking fee may be imposed, and all postage must be paid by the buyer. Refunds are only given when goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the image in the sale or don't do what they are supposed to. Please email to request a RMA number.
