Each item is packed with the utmost care. We double box and fill the outer box with packing peanuts. However, these dolls are delicate. It is possible that small pieces come loose or are broken during transport. Items are shipped via USPS Priority or Fedex. Additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
