Description
Old original Carl AUBOCK
Large 5.6" Clothes Brush "E"
Please note: Shipping in times of the pandemic takes longer than it usually does. To the USA/Canada 4-6 weeks, in some cases about 8-10 weeks. Europe 2 weeks, Asia 3-4 weeks.
We are offering this large original Auböck clothes brush. This an old piece from the 1950s-70s, for this reason you will find minor signs of use. The condition is in my opinion slightly used and excellent to near mint. I made plenty of pics, so please judge yourself. All original condition - it is a piece from the 1950s-70s.
On 1stdibs similar models are offered at incredible prices (~1000 Euro for the same model as "L"), please check yourself.
The object is handmade in Austria in the Aubock workshop. The design is by Carl Auböck (Vienna, Bernardgasse). The materials are wood and natural bristles.
The brush measures 14.2cm (5.9 inches) in length, 11.2cm in width and 4.8cm in height.
Included is only the shown clothes brush. Other objects could be found in my other listings. The matchbox is not included, but shown for size comparison.
Please see my other listings as I offer many beautiful objects from the Auböck Workshop!!

Shipping
I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 10-14 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 3-4 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
