 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL BUYERS/BIDDERS

·         Most packages shipped USPS, FEDEX or UPS at the discretion of the seller.  Shipping cost for all items listed.

·         All parts are described to the best of my ability though I am not a salvage motorcycle yard. Parts ARE recovered from incomplete projects, Damaged and very occasionally a wrecked bike. It is the buyers responsibility to check over part PRIOR to and replace any/all seals/gaskets before installation.

·         Buyer assumes ALL LIABILITY by installing and using the part.

·         Because ALL PARTS are used, Please understand that there may be rust, scratches, scuffs, dents and dings. Obvious damage and flaws WILL be detailed in the item description and pictures of said damage will be clearly documented in the listings photos

·         Major electrical parts are thoroughly tested before the bike is dismantled or if it is a non running bike part will be bench tested, I will not sell any electrical part that has not been found in good working order

·         I make every attempt to offer quality, used, parts which are described as honestly as possible.

·         Please notify me first if you are unsatisfied in ANY WAY, as I will make every attempt to make sure you are satisfied.

Shipping & Handling

·         Shipping price is to the lower 48 states; ask me for shipping price if you live elsewhere. I will ship internationally.

·         Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii customers please contact me for additional shipping charges.   

·         I ship all orders using UPS, FedEx, and UPS services. I post tracking numbers directly on the order detail page. Customer is responsible for being home or arranging delivery. If package is returned shipping charges will be deducted from refund.

·         I ship items Monday through Friday, I do not ship on weekends or holidays

·         Standard Order Processing time: 1-2 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item will be on its way.

·         Estimated Order Transit time: 2-8 Business Days from shipment date. 

·         Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 12 days

·         All packages under $200 will not have signature required.

·         All packages $200+ will require a direct signature.

·         Packages with a value of $150 or more will not be shipped to PO box addresses.

·         I WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE PAYPAL CONFIRMED VERIFIED ADDRESS

Payment and Checkout

·         PayPal payments must be from a verified PayPal account.

·         If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account I have the right to void and cancel your order.

·         In the case an incorrect address is entered during checkout I cannot make edits to the address, but we will fully refund you upon request so you can reorder with the correct address.

·         I do not accept any other form of payment (No exceptions).

·         For "Buy It Now” listings, payment is due immediately. Auction listings must be paid within 3 business days or bid will be voided.

Return Policy

·         I understand that from time to time the need to return and item may occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of My Return Policy.

·         I will exchange defective or damage products within the warranty period. This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.

·         Returns for refund are accepted for the first 30 days after you receive the item.

·         If a customer returns item by choice meaning not caused by defect or performance that originally had free shipping there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. If there were shipping charges in this case they will not be refundable.

·         Please contact me by using the eBay messaging system.

·         Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.

·         If items are damaged in transit please notify me within 24 hours of receiving the package or no claim will be allowed.

·         If you are returning item by choice within the 30 day period, customer is responsible for shipping cost.

·         Shipping cost are non refundable.

·         Customer is responsible on shipping and return for refund.

·         DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.
