EXCELLENT - zero to a few light scratches on disc(s), minimal use
NORMAL - disc(s) will have scratches from normal use
OK - lots of scratches but otherwise still in working condition, frequent use

Canada: FREE standard shipping (faster upgrade available at low cost).
USA: CAD$15 flat rate to anywhere in US with tracking. Only pay shipping once for multiple items (pls msg for revised invoice)!
