Dinky Toys version of the 1940's 23d Auto Union Grand Prix Racing Car. Model number 23d. This later version with rivetted base plate issued from 1946 until 1950. Size is about 1/43rd, version 95 mm long. Silver die cast body, and with metal base plate. No racing number version. Black rubber wheels on the black ridged metal hubs.
