French Inlaid Bedside Tables Louis XVI Style
A wonderful pair of French kidney shaped tables with inlaid tops and sides surrounded by a brass rim, they each have three petite drawers to the front, decorative ormolu mounts and stand on elegant tapering cabriole legs.
Stylish and desirable these are constructed with a combination of fine kingwood and walnut inlay.
This pair of bedside tables are in good condition showing a timeworn patina.
Solid and sturdy with no loose joints. On close inspection you will find normal marks / wear from pre-loved use, light scuff marks, fine surface scratches and wear on the drawers, see pics.
Both attractive and versatile, perfect as bedside or end tables.
