This “Doctoring Daffy” Looney Tunes Major League Baseball Cel features Bugs Bunny wearing a Chicago Cubs uniform and Elmer Fud as an umpire. They are examining Daffy’s not-so-subtle trickery. The cel is authorized by the Chicago Cubs & MLB and signed by Charles McKimson. The cel is number 125/250 and the documents are included on the back. The frame, however, is in terrible condition. The plastic laminate is coming off the frame and the backing paper has been removed to adjust the matte that had slipped over the years. The paper backdrop may have also faded (?) but the cel is in excellent condition. It was originally purchased for $675 from All American Collectibles
