Note that these shoes only come with a tag attached and not a box. That was the only option in selecting their condition.

**All items are eligible for return, with the exception of personal undergarments, bathing suits, lingerie, and items if this nature.  Please know that any returned items MUST be returned in the exact condition it was received.

Most importantly, however, if buying an item brand new, NIB, NWT, New, etc, if it is returned in any condition other than as it was shipped, if it's tags are removed, if they box is damaged or missing, etc the item will be subject to up to 50% discount for return total.  All returned items, regardless of condition will be charged a 10% fee from total amount charged for restocking, andb when applicable, repackaging and relisting at a lower rate. (If it's even still eligible to be relisted).

If item is being returned for any reason other than intentional gross misrepresentation- buyer will be responsible for return shipping.  If an eBay label is provided, the amount of the label will be deducted from the overall return.

I hate that I have to do this, however, I have had others in the past open packages and return it just because they didn't like it or they claimed something didn't work, sent an old, used item like the one I shipped brand new, etc.

I make every effort to check all items and/or test all items prior to shipping.  If I'm unable to check the item that will also be noted.

All shipping, when applicable, will include a handling fee to cover materials, time and travel.
