This teapot is in very good condition.  There is a chip on the underside of the "Roof overhang" or soffit, if we were discussing house parts.  That is the best way I know to describe it.  SEE ALL PHOTOS AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION! You cannot see this chip unless you are looking from the underside, it is not visible from the top or front of the cottage/teapot.  As I was taking measurements for this listing, I did notice a couple other very minor spots (SEE THE LAST TWO PHOTOS). One spot is on the bottom edge of the front side just to the right of the front door. Then, there are two white spots in the grass on the back side, below the bottom rail of the fence.  All three of these spots blend in because of the white that is already in the design, but I could tell they were missing glaze because of the sheen when tilting to measure. I did not see them when examining, that is how unnoticeable they are. There are some manufacturing bumps, I also photographed, but they are not damages, they were there when produced. 

This teapot is useable, since the inside is in perfect manufactured condition, however, I see this as being more of a decorative piece. It is perfect for Spring or Easter decorating! Or, it would make a lovely addition to a Teapot collection!
