There a still a few Raspberry Pi units out there, but nothing quite like this.  The normal boot device is usually a micro sd card which wasn't designed to be a boot device like a hard drive or SSD so it is prone to all kinds of issues that aren't likely to occur on a hard drive or SSD.

Note that since that I have had this system listed for a while and since it hasn't sold I used the SSD on another system and need to replace it. I am also thinking of installing Batocera as the default Gaming system, so I have a the setup for the first 512GB and could add an additional 500GB of games to the drive and you could choose what games that are setup to create a system that is more customized to your liking.  I can provide a complete list of games on the base 512GB and you decide what goes on the rest.  There are only certain games that will run on a Pi4 so please contact me if you're interested in havin a custom Pi4 setup. I can also offer a 2TB SSD, but not for the listed price.

The first 512GB of games includes 24504 games and a complete list can be donwloaded from the following location:

and the password is retro-gaming-life

The setup includes everything you need including:

Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 4GB
Geekworm NASPi V2.0 2.5" SATA
1 TB M.2 SSD with adapter to 2.5 (thin for better air flow)
power supply.
1 wireless controller
1 HDMI cable with micro adapter.

This unit is built to use with a Rapsberry Pi 4 to enhance its capabilities by allowing to boot and run off of a SSD rather than a micro SD.  Improper shutdown is also a common cause of data a filesystem corruption so if the unit is powered off by the power button on the unit it will initiate a proper shutdown of the system rather than just turning of instantly.  For more information on special features of the Geekwork enclosure more detail is provided at the end of this description.
