The contactless ignition system  135.3734 is designed to operate in the ignition system of 2-cylinder carburetor engines of Ural and Dnipro motorcycles of all modifications with a 12-volt electrical system, instead of serial contact (PM302 interrupter) and non-contact ignition systems (sensor 17.3847, switch 47.3734).

The contactless ignition system is designed to improve the technical characteristics of the motorcycle due to:

- improved start-up in cold weather;

- engine stability due to reduced spark asynchronism and

stability characteristics of the lead time of sparking over time;

- reduction of toxicity of exhaust gases, fuel consumption and soot on candles by increasing the inductive phase of the spark;

- sustainable engine starting when the battery voltage is reduced to 6 V;

- reduce the complexity of installation and maintenance of CONTACTLESS IGNITION SYSTEM;

- limiting the magnitude of the current and the time it flows through the primary winding of the ignition coil to prevent it from overheating and discharging the battery.

The best spark discharge parameters are provided with a 135.3705M coil specially designed for this system, however, the module is operable with any other motorcycle ignition coils (B 204, B 201).

The electronic regulation of the sparking moment used in the CONTACTLESS IGNITION SYSTEM ensures the stable operation of the system in all normal operating modes of the motorcycle robot.

Technical specifications

• The rated voltage of the power supply is 12V with a grounded negative battery.

• Current consumption when the ignition switch is turned on and the engine is idle does not exceed 0.15 A.

• The module provides uninterrupted sparking when the voltage in the electrical system changes from 6V to 16 V, while the voltage on the spark plugs does not change and reaches 17 kV.

• The module provides uninterrupted sparking at a crankshaft rotation speed of up to 7000 rpm, while the consumption current does not exceed 1.5 A.

• The ignition system is operable in the range of ambient temperatures from -25 to +85 degrees C.

CONTACTLESS IGNITION SYSTEM is installed on the motorcycle with the help of the fasteners included in the delivery.
