The first strap sample (1st~4th photos) was made: Jaeger-LeCoultre JLC TTR 1931 vintage style honey brown Santoni leather strap, 20x18mm in width, 70x115mm in length, thick 5.0mm taper to 2.5mm, cream stitch, burnished edges.  PS: The 1st strap sample fits 20mm watch lug.


The second strap sample (5th~7th photos) was made: Jaeger-LeCoultre TTR 1931 vintage style Santoni strap,21x18mm in width,80x100mm in length,thick 5.0mm taper to 2.2mm,cream stitching, burnished edges.          PS: The 2nd strap sample fits 21mm watch lug.



The third strap sample (8th~10th photos) was made: JLC Reverso Medium Duoface vintage style leather strap,19x17mm in width,75x113mm in length, thick 5.0mm taper to 2.2mm, cream stitching, burnished edges.        PS: The 3rd strap sample fits 19mm watch lug.



PS: The buyer please tell me your watch lug is either 20 mm, 21 mm or 19mm.   The new custom made watch strap could be made to fit your watch lug and buckle.

These strap samples were sold by way of the custom strap order of my customers.  Each strap sample could be made a new custom strap to fit your wrist size.

All of my leather straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of  genuine leathers ( include the middle calf pad and the reverse side British calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread. 

The natural linen thread has a little fiber.  We do not use the the cheap nylon thread.   Please take a look at the last photo in which you can see our threads are the best.


PS: The original OEM strap was sewn with the sewing machine, but my strap is a pure hand-sewn strap, not sewn with the sewing machine. 

Therefore the thread of my strap is a little thick and the sewing pitch is a little large than the stitching sewn by a sewing machine. 

Besides, the stitching are the same regular crook not straight line due to the hand punch tool.

These characteristics are also to judge whether the strap is a real manual strap.

I'll do my best to make the stitching as straight as I can.      I hope to get your understanding.


The vintage style Santoni leather strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining. 

It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes.



Please take a look at the leather ring ( floating keeper ) in 11th photo.

Each leather rings of our watch straps were made of two layer of leather which were glued together and sewn very well.

Therefore, you don't have to worry any more about the damage of the leather rings.


 

The JLC TTR 1931 vintage style Santoni leather strap is priced at $ 180 USD, now charges the promotional price at $ 120 USD.  

No including the  buckle/clasp.  If you need a replaced buckle which charges extra $ 10~15 USD, please let me know.

This custom made leather watch strap is a pure hand-sewn strap, not sewn by the sewing machine. 


In fact, I make either the vintage style Shell Cordovan strap or leather strap.
The Shell Cordovan strap is more fine texture than leather  strap. 
But the leather strap is more durable than the Shell Cordovan strap.
And it is cheaper than the Shell Cordovan strap.


Due to the hand made producing process is hard and time-consuming, We digest the orders very slow. It'll take about 2 weeks to make the new custom strap.
