Delivery

We aim to provide you the customer with the best delivery services available. We use UK Royal Mail services for all of our online orders.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.

All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will be with you within 2-3 days at the address you provided upon ordering.

UK delivery charge for all order values are free.  We can also send out orders using Special Delivery which is a next day service and will cost £5.00. Any orders outside the U.K will be sent by Airsure which is a fully trackable service at a cost of £12.00. We are currently only taking orders within the U.K. And EU. We may open up our service to worldwide deliveries soon.

Once your order has been placed and you receive your delivery confirmation e-mail, you can check your Royal Mail tracking number by logging into your account on our website. The tracking number will be a 12 digit code displayed at the bottom of the order page. This number can then be entered into www.royalmail.com and tracked throughout it's journey.  If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: During peak/sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual although we still aim to dispatch most orders for next day delivery.

Returns

If you would like to return your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your original invoice or complete the returns procedure guide (which you will find enclosed with your order). On receipt of the returned items, we will re-credit the original purchaser’s PayPal account with a full refund (excluding your original delivery charge). Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account. If any items are returned to us after 7 working days, we will issue you with a credit/gift code which you will be able to use on your next purchase with us.

Please return all goods in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags etc intact. Please do not try on any garments in a smoky area or wear aftershave/deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the garment.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns of underwear and swimwear.

We advise all customers to thoroughly check garments upon delivery and ensure suitability and fit before removing any attached tags.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer you a proof of delivery. Please note, Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Club J.J.

If an exchange is required, any increase in price will need to be paid for by the customer before the replacement item can be despatched. If the value of the exchanged goods is lower, the difference will be credited/refunded to the original purchasers PayPal account.

We only accept Paypal and have set all our "buy it now" items to instant payment only. Verified Paypal payments tend to be processed as a priority over unverified Paypal payments. If for any reason we are unhappy with the payment received from an unverified Paypal account, we will send an eBay message to the customer requesting additional information.
