DELIVERY

We send all our deliveries by different Next Day National Couriers to UK Mainland addresses only.
Your order will be update to "dispatched" on eBay the day before delivery. And you will receive an email from e Bay as a confirmation that" your order has been dispatched".
Once the order is dispatched, we will add a tracking number on the order so you can track your items.
Some of the items are heavy and bulky and we use 2 Man courier service to deliver those items. 2 Man Courier takes 5 - 7 Working days for delivery.
Please check the items upon arrival, if the Packing is damaged, please inspect the item, if the item is damaged, please write it on the delivery note and inform us by phone or message or email, we will send the replacement part as soon we will receive your instructions. If you are facing difficulty to find the part name, you can easily find it on the assembly instruction sheet.
If you order on a Monday we expect to deliver on the Wednesday. For orders received on a Thursday we will aim to deliver on the Monday. For orders received on a Friday or on a Weekend we will aim to deliver on the following Tuesday.
We can deliver on a Saturday at an additional cost of £29.99
If your order is more urgent please just email or call us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Couriers may call or text you prior to delivery.

 

RETURNS

If you have received your item and you want to return it. Please inform us within 7 Days of delivery. And please make sure to keep the original packing.
Return will not be accepted if the Item is part or full assembled.
If you wish to return an item for a change of mind, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
There will be a charge of approx £30 if you would like us to arrange the collection.
The charge will be paid separately by buyers and we will issue the full refund once the returned items is arrived in our warehouse and inspected.
If you would rather arrange your own return the return will be free of any charges.
If an item arrives damaged, please sign for the parcels as damaged to allow us to claim from the Courier.

Orders Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.
If the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel at that stage and then the return policy will be applied, which is mentioned above.

Unwanted Items
Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 7 days from the day of the delivery.
Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the Original Packaging complete 'AS NEW'. Goods must not be part or fully assembled.
It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization - please contact us first.

IMPORTANT STUFF

Faulty Items
If the item is Faulty or parts are missing, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please Mark the item name on Assembly Instruction Sheet and send us, we will send the replacement part as soon we can.
Please check the box of the item upon arrival, if box looks damaged, write it on the delivery note and inspect the item, if it is damaged or not.
You must write it on the delivery note, so we will able to claim it from the courier. If no damage reported on the delivery note, we will not be able to fulfil your claim.
