Mid Century Plastic type material..not sure if its fiberglass or not Lamp Shade Dried Flower Wheat with Lacing ..preowned measures approx 7" tall and 14" in diameter at bottom...sits on a glass chimney hurricane type .diameter of that metal ring is just over 2"......see all pictures this one is in good condition with no cracks found
