Shipping -My current shipping policy is simple. I only ship in the US. by Media mail No matter what you buy shipping should be $ 4.50. Ebay sometimes loses my settings.... If you are charged more than $ 4.50 I will fix it. It rarely happens .

Cut outs : When record companies produced too many of an item, they sold the overstock off cheaply. In order to keep distributors from returning them for full credit they marked them. The easiest way to do this was to drill a hole, cut a corner, or notch the covers. Most new old stock from the old days are "cut outs". Promotional records often had these markings. However this does not mean all cutouts are ''Promo's".
