Vintage French Petite Commode
A stylish commode in great condition. Gorgeous rustic look, romantic French shabby chic, painted in a soft pale yellow, craquelure finish with floral detail. Featuring 2 useful drawers and standing on elegant out swept legs.
Stylish and desirable bombe shape adorned with gilt ormolu fixtures to the sides, handles, key escutcheons and front feet. Working lock with original key.
Great quality, design and craftsmanship.
Condition
The commode is in great condition and ready to place at home.
Solid and sturdy with no loose joints. On close inspection you will find light scuff marks, old indentations, chipped paint and fine light surface scratches, normal aged patina you would expect from preloved furniture.
