Y2K vtg finesse black beaded scallop hem halter dress.

NOTE: HAS FLAWS!! There are some runs in the fabric leading up to the beads on the scallop hemline. Probably due to the nature of the delicate sheer fabric with the heavier beads. It’s not very noticeable but still, it might bother you. I still think it looks nice and would wear it as is but you might not feel the same!

Other than that, it’s in good condition and a very pretty y2k dress. I love the beaded hemline, it’s very delicate and feminine. Marked a size small and seems accurate. Bust measures up to 34 inches stretched. Thanks for looking and please let me know if I can help you!
