Vintage Napcoware Blue Pedestal Planter / Bowl Sunflower & Tulips C-7548.

This is a lovely pedestal planter in a great, bright blue color. The tulips are hand painted in yellow and pink and the sunflower has a pink center. It would make a great planter for floral arrangements or a plant or also a fun candy dish!
It measures 7.25" across x 4 3/8" tall. No cracks or repairs. There are a few tiny flea bite paint chips. Please see photos.
