What is Included:
1. We will power up and test the LCD.
2. We will repair the LCD so that all numbers and pixels are visible. (This includes replacing the LCD ribbon cable with a high quality cable.)
3. We will power up and test the LCD after the repairs have been made.
4. We will clean the cluster inside and out.
5. You will receive a lifetime parts and labor guarantee.
6. We will pay for the return shipping.

How it Works:
1. You send us your instrument cluster.
2. We do all of the work within 1-2 days of arrival.
3. After the repairs have been made, will power it up and test the LCD to make sure that it is funny functional and all numbers and pixels are visible.
4. We will mail it back on the next business with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day (unless you select Express 1-2 day shipping) and you will receive a tacking number. We pay for the return shipping.

How Long it Takes:
Disregard eBay's "Estimated Arrival Time" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay's policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us.
Once we receive your cluster, it will be repaired and process the same day, and will be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day the very next day (Monday-Friday).

What We Need From You:
1. Your cluster instrument cluster. Send your instrument cluster with the lens (clear plastic part) REMOVED, as shown below in the picture. The lens is simply held on by 4 clips, unclip and remove the lens. The lens is VERY fragile and WILL break during shipping if you send it with the cluster.
   
***If you would like to save money on shipping, you can send just the circuit board with the display.

2. It needs to be VERY well packaged! It will be returned to you in the exact same packaging as it arrived.
3. Shipping Information will be provided through eBay Messenger after purchase.

Terms and Conditions:
1. This auction is for a repair, not a part. We do not have any instrument clusters for sale.
2. You are responsible to package your cluster in such a way that it will not be damaged.
3. You are responsible to ship your cluster in a secure way with tracking and, if desired, insurance.
4. Very rarely, a cluster may have a problem that we cannot repair. In this case, we will mail it back to you and you will receive a full refund. 
5. If  there is a problem with your cluster once you receive it back, ALWAYS contact us first prior to leaving feedback! We will work hard to resolve any problem.
