This is a magnificent French 19th Century Sevres Porcelain Vase Pair, circa 1880. This large Vases are beautiful hand painted with a truly magnificent  lovers scene on a landscape, signed by the artist Maxant. The top and base are decorated with heavy Gold floral decoration in relief on a cobalt blue background. Both pieces are in excellent conditions with no chips crack or repairs. Standing on a conforming bronze socle and canted square base. Each measures: 64 cm high. MUSEUM QUALITY ITEM!
