WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO...

TeeWham is a website created to feature artists apparel designs. Each item is a custom design created by fans of movies, comics, tv, anime and a whole lot more.

Our Capabilities:

All our shirts are designed in house and digitally printed on Brother direct to garment printers. Each shirt is hand treated printed and packaged with care. Most shirts are printed and shipped within three business days, although we also strive to print and ship in one business day.

Our Goals:

To supply a large range of fan created and inspired awesome t-shirts.

You can reply on us for fast and accurate shipping, no matter where you are in the world we can mail you our custom designed products.

All our products are print on demand so we can offer different colors, sizes and apparel types, looking for something different? Just ask.

Shipping

We ship via UPS Fedex and USPS in the USA . Ebay calculates the shipping and we are happy to combine shipping. If you are ordering multiple products we will automatically combine the shipping and refund the difference to your PayPal account wherever possible (usually within 1-2 days)

How to request a combined invoice.
1. When you see an item you like, click "Buy It Now"

2. You will be taken to a webpage that confirms your order with the option to "Continue Checkout with Paypal". Do not checkout to pay for this item (yet).

3. When you are finished shopping for your several items, proceed to your "Purchase History". You will see the option on the right side of your just-ordered items to "Pay Now" or "Request total from seller". Select "Request total from seller" and enter a message to notify the seller that you would like to combine your orders to ship together.

4. Wait for us to send you a new invoice, and pay attention to any discounts they applied. There are 2 sections sellers can apply the discount, through the Shipping Charge or through the discount section.

5. Checkout with Paypal with this new invoice. Once your order has shipped a tracking number is automatically uploaded to your E-Bay account.

Quick Shipments

Most orders are shipped same business day or by next business day, no extra charge we want you to get your cool stuff quickly too!

International Shipping

We ship to many countries by USPS.
International shipping is calculated by weight so if you order multiple items the shipping is calculated for you.
If we can combine your order and save on shipping we will refund the difference to your PayPal account.
If you don't see your country available in the list contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Some countries charge custom clearance fees, import duties or tax, we have no control over this or have any way of estimating how much these could be. If in doubt contact your local customs organization. Also there are some restrictions on which items that can be imported, it is up to you to decide on what is allowed.

We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, delays or seizures imposed by your countries customs clearing.

UK Shipments

Shipping for t-shirts is by USPS first class mail and generally arrive in approximately 7-14 days. International shipping is calculated by weight so if you order multiple items the shipping is calculated for you.
If we can combine your order and save on shipping we will refund the difference to your PayPal account. Please note we are not responsible for any VAT or duty charges levied by HMRC.

We ship via UPS and USPS in the USA - You can calculate your shipping on each product's detail page as well as in the checkout and checkout process. Most orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number, you can also view your tracking number by logging into your account. Please note the shipping time is after the order leaves our warehouse not from the time you order. However all in stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. If you need an order expedited for a Birthday for example let us know and we'll do our best to ship it as fast as possible.

USPS
We all hate waiting for something we've ordered and paid for, we understand this and will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships the carrier (UPS/USPS) will take care of delivering your items by the service you selected.
All shipments will have a tracking number so you can see where your order is (USA) if the carrier loses your order or delivers it to the wrong place, let us know and we'll follow up with them. If it's a permanent loss, we'll replace or refund the order and make a claim with the carrier. If your box arrives with obvious signs of damage, you should immediately let us know, if possible take a photograph of the damaged box and keep that, thismay be required for an insurance claim.

Payments

We accept PayPal for all our E-Bay listings, payment is required within 5 days. We participate in E-Bays automatic unpaid items system. If you want to cancel an item let us know right away, unpaid orders can be recorded by E-Bay on your account, please do not purchase if you do not intend to pay. If you do this by mistake again let us know, we can cancel your order and it won't be recorded as unpaid.

Returns

Returns
are easy with TeeWham, you can return most items within 30 days. If you just changed your mind you can arrange a return. You must contact us within 30 days and we will refund the costs of the item purchase (minus shipping ) the refund will be given as a PayPal refund.
The merchandise must be in an unused condition, i.e t-shirts must not have been worn or washed, and in a saleable condition, We reserve the right to refuse a refund for merchandise that has been used and is no longer in a saleable condition. Some items may not be returned that were marked as no returns, clearance or on sale, if in doubt please contact us.

Replacements
If for some reason we ship you the wrong item or the item is defective let us know within 30 days and we'll pay for the shipping back and send out a replacement or refund if applicable.

Free Shipping Returns
Items returned that had free shipping will have the initial shipping costs or a re-stock fee deducted from the refund (except in cases of incorrect shipment / damage)
