One is 2.5" long x 1.75" wide and I think it is a Paperweight.  It weighs about 80 grams.

The other is 4" long x 2.5" wide and it is an Ashtray with a hinged lid.  There's quite a bit of wear on the hinged lid - due to age and use - but it still works. Weight is around 250 grams.
