The leather-bound Greek Grammar book is in very good condition.  The binding is tight and firm. The leather cover is soft. Noteworthy damage to the book includes the missing front endpaper, inked signature on the first page, and light wear to the cover.   No other obvious ink or pencil marks, but they might be present. There is yellowing and foxing of the pages.
