Normally, we send free new replacement component to replace the bad part as most effective way for both of us, sometimes we may need buyer's cooperation on testing and finding out exact problematic component first. If it has to be a returning for repair case, buyers will pay returning postage and customs fee, we will take care of repairing and reshipping postage.
