Dodge Daytona Turbo Z Throttle Body Adapter 4275355.

This is the adapter that goes on top of the throttle body and the hose from the air box connects to it. It does show normal aging. It was removed from a 1984 Dodge Daytona turbo z that was parked for over 30 years
