CD in very good condition with no skips or scratches.
Fold-out insert in good condition with no extraneous ink marks or stains.
Plastic jewel case has some scratches from normal wear and tear.
Also, there is a circular hole-punch in the spine of the jewel case that was present when I acquired this CD. It is visible in the photos.
