Beautiful dark blue Large over sized 3-ring binders factory printed "STAMPS" on the spine and front cover.  I believe sold by the USPS back in the day but not sure. They are large enough to hold US sheets, larger documents or Vario type pages & will hold a Scott Specialty/National page very well. . They are from the same collector and are all in great similar condition with no splits and are from a non-smoking home. Overall dimensions are approx. 12" x 12" x 2".
