If the packaging is damaged during shipping which could cause damage to the order you MUST get pictures of the packaging before opening the package / envelope / box (whichever your order is packed in) to inspect your purchase. We can not file a claim unless we're given a clear pictures of all of the following top, bottom, and sides of the packaging and a clear picture of the damage. We package the orders properly to protect them but sometime shippers treats shipments rough. If you don't follow these steps sorry but we can't help you if the shipper damages the package.
