Worldwide Shipping (with exceptions)

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. Shipping heavy items can be expensive in relation to actual value of goods. If your destination is not shown in listing please request shipping quote before committing to buy. I now ship all models via DHL Courier and I am very happy with the service they provide, as are buyers - see feedback. It´s a little more expensive but it gives piece of mind to all concerned. Postal & Packing charges are fixed costs. All items are professionally packed, in the case of diecast models they are double boxed.

Postage & Packing Costs

We do not attempt to make money on shipping & handling. We do, however, have to take into account the cost of postage plus the cost of the new shipping & packing supplies being used.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by custom inspection or courier services in receiving countries. We endeavour to ship within 3 business days of payment being received.

Customs

Please note that all international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. We list the values of items sold by us at the actual selling price on shipping documents. Please do not ask us to alter prices on shipping or customs documents.

Payment

We accept payments by eBay, PayPal or By Bank Transfer (please email). Items must be paid for within five working days from the end of auction or the transaction will be cancelled. 

General

We want satisfied customers. Please decide whether to bid on this item by the photos and the description. If we know of any defects, damage or missing pieces it will be included in the listing. We try to be as honest as possible; we don't want items returned or negative feedback. If in doubt, e-mail before you BID and we will try and answer any queries

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm (GMT). We are not here on weekends but we will try to answer your e-mails!
