These are new old stock.  Bite Beauty always tends to have variations/defects to their lipsticks that make them appear used.  All of these have those variations as well as some have minor heat damage.  These lipsticks are new/unswatched items but most are discontinued.  Because of that this means if you purchase you are fully aware of its condition. If you are displeased because of its texture, performance, smell, etc. I will not accept a return on it.  I will be sending a picture for your approval prior to shipping.  Please respond to that message asap so I can ship out immediately.  Thank you and if you need a picture prior to purchasing please feel free to request.
