We do the best we can with what we've got equipment and time wise to supply the most accurate & detailed photos of the item you are interested in. In regards to this statement, We cannot guarantee the previous location/owners of this item were Smoke free homes/facilities. ALSO we cannot guarantee that the mail currier isn't smoking while driving around delivering packages. With that said our office is smoke free and no hands on merchandise unless hands have been washed and sanitized.

Unless in cases of bulk items of the same item. In such case if you'd like prior to purchasing or prior to shipping your order we can snap and send a photo of the item being sent.

• SHIPPING PLEASE READ •

In regards to condition shipping or additional info about the item. If you have questions about returns we are here for you and we are very responsive and eager to assist you with any of your needs in regards to your purchase.

Though delays with carriers do happen. Once items are dropped with carriers its out of our control we will do our part to pack and drop with carriers as scheduled.  In hopes the carrier does their part to ship on time or in a timely matter stated in the chosen shipping preferences.

We print our own labels threw eBay so once the carrier stated in shipping specifications receives the item shipping tracking information will be uploaded and the item with be shipped to the address provided upon purchase. Address changes are not possible.

The cost of shipping & shipping materials is going up and to safely pack an item takes time. Also we often use Recycled materials such as boxes or newspaper anything we can to make a smaller footprint and create less trash.

Therefore if shipping cost is asked  it's to cover time & materials used to insure safe arrival of your item. Though mistakes/accidents have been known to happen when shipping fragile items such as glass or electronic items.

We will do our best to ensure that it doesn't happen,but there is always a chance.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING •

We do offer it Via the Global shipping program & the Ebay international shipping program.

You purchase an item and we will ship it to one of  those two facilities which ever one is stated in shipping specifications of said listing.  After the item is shipped to the eBay facility specified its out of our hands and in ebay's. They will then proceed to ship the order to you and update the tracking information.

• RETURN POLICY •

We do accept returns within 30 days though we do ask that the buyer pays for the return shipping label. Unless the item purchased wasn't as described in said listing. We will then r a return shipping label.

Items damaged by the postal carrier or stolen we will accept a return only if the buyer pays for the return shipping label and fully Cooperates in filling a lost or damaged claim with the postal carrier to retrieve shipping costs.

In cases of a damaged on arrival we will asked for the damaged item to be returned or no refund.

Buyers remorse does happen we all have done it sometime or another. That being said and not to be harsh but  own up and accept it.

On New items we ask the item be returned in the same new condition it was received. If not the case we will offer partial refund approved by eBay.

We will not accept returns any later than 30 days as specified in the listings return policy anything later than that we are sorry but there is nothing we can do.
