For sale is an original 1680 Rolex 'Red Submariner' given its name for the red writing on the dial. This is a nice original example with an attractive dial with nice original patina. It is an iconic design The serial number on this watch begins with 3301xxx dating this watch to the 1973.

Case is 40 mm stainless steel showing a some signs of previous wear.  Case it's been very lightly polished to leave the decision for the new  buyer if they would like to full polish or not.

The bezel riginal black inner bezel which has little fading but still in great shape. The stainless other ring is crisp given its age

Dial and hands are original Rolex black 'Red Submariner' dial with attractive patina, just a nice original and untouched dial. Hands are not perfect but original with a nice patina.

The movement it's a Rolex 1570 automatic movement. It has been serviced by an expert watchmaker and is currently still under warranty till 6/24/2023.

Bracelet and the clamps are  stainless Steel 9315 bracelet showing some signs of previous wear.  will fit an 7.8 inch wrist

The original acrylic dome it's in great shape,  has only one hair scratch, not easy visible that can be polished out , we decided to keep it original.

This watch comes watch only. It does not come with original box or papers. Will be included the the service record for the 1 year warranty and if requested I have a extra Rolel box from one of my Rolex (not from the age of this Rolex but original)
