If you are not fully satisfied with your item, you can return it within 7 days. The item must be returned in its original packaging and be in the same brand-new condition. We will advise the customer to pay the return carriage charge.
- Local and National Deliveries will be completed within 7 working days. Further Afield deliveries will be completed within 2 weeks.
- Assembly of items is available for £50 per drop. This is payable in cash directly to the driver.
- If a delivery fails due to an unexpected problem with the courier (such as traffic delays or van breakdown), the courier will reorganise a new delivery timeslot and bear responsibility for any costs incurred.
- If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, we will organise a replacement item to be delivered whilst returning the faulty item and will bear responsibility for the delivery cost.
- If delivery fails due to an unexpected problem with the customer (e.g. they fail to receive the goods when booked in, the customer damages items, or the customer cancels the order), all delivery or collection costs will be borne by the customer.
