Once items are shipped and in possession of shipping services, I am not responsible for how long it takes for an item to arrive at its final destination. There are many reasons that there are delays. All items are shipped with a tracking number.

If an item should need to be returned, it must be initiated within five days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in original packaging with all packing materials and in unused, resalable condition. If item was purchased new, it must be unopened. If item is received damaged or broken and packaging is damaged, this would be a situation where we would open a case with the Postal Service for refund.

Buyer pays return shipping and initial shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
