Information:

Dragon NaturallySpeaking Recorder Edition is a special release of Dragon that is optimized to be used with a digital recorder. The Recorder Edition allows a user to recognize and transcribe an audio file that contains the user's recorded voice and then convert it into a text file.  The Recorder Edition is meant to be used only with a recorder, as it does not have controls to access a microphone.

The current version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13 Recorder Edition is released by the following manufacturers:

Note - Previous versions of Dragon NaturallySpeaking were released by Olympus and Sony.

Microphone dictation is not available in Dragon NaturallySpeaking Recorder Edition. It is only possible for the user to dictate into a digital recorder and then have Dragon transcribe the audio file saved on the digital recorder.

• Text-to-Speech.
• Roaming users.
• IT Administrator Guide.
• Data Distribution Tool.
• The ability to save a .DRA file with recorded speech data.
• The Help Tutorial.
