You are bidding on an original used, excellent condition wind up walker from Trendmasters.  Released in 1994 as part of the "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" toy line, this wind up walker is Mecha King Ghidorah.  It looks and works great, basically right out of the package.  Very cool!
