Size: the mannequin that i use for picture is usually for size S (sometimes M) and dress fits well. Please look on measurements to insure that it works for your purpose:

Bust/chest aprox.17"

Waist 15.5"

Hips(measured 7" down from waist) aprox.23

From Waist to hem aprox.  34"

Condition:  Dress shows signs of age with some discoloration and stains and other age appropriate wear & tear ..Please see all pictures and see the video(i try to capture as much as i can in the video . Overall it is a beautiful dress that  is over 100 years old
