The design is based on a contemporary commercial card which shows the whole train. The locomotive is one of the two original Baldwin 2-6-0s built in 1903. However the engraver has omitted a pair of driving wheels converting it into a 2-4-0 ! Also he has omitted the driver who is shown on the card oiling the motion beside the coupling rods. The people on the card are included in the stamp design. The picture is reproduced in the book "Railways of Bolivia" by Donald Binns published by Trackside Publications.

I am a collector not a dealer. I am offering for sale from my collection some duplicate stamps and some stamps from countries that I no longer collect. So the stamps you see are the ones you will receive. I use the accepted abbreviations for condition. They are **/MNH - mint never hinged (unmounted mint), */MLH - mint lightly hinged (vLH - very lightly hinged), o/FU - fine used, o/GU - good used, o/Cto - Cancelled to order and OG original gum. I hope that you find something of interest to add to your collection.
