These editions were not printed with a copyright date. Cameo Classics were a Grosset & Dunlap series of illustrated classics published from 1935 until the late 1940s, so c 1940 is a conservative estimate.

Very Nice with the Following Condition Notes

• Slight if any page tanning, lightly on endpapers, minor light smudge here or there, nothing major
• Spine a bit rubbed / sunned
• Slipcase good with some chipping and dings
• Slipcase decoration glue down nice with minor chipping and a light penciled in ‘69’ on top corner
