This is a minor variety but is worthy of a mention because it involves a scarcer edge variety.
Normal/commonest type:
When the coin is held upright with the Queen facing right and the hologram at the bottom, To the right of the lowest edge point is normally a milled edge section (continuing on alternate straight edges around the coin). This is the regular coin you would normally find in your change BUT...
A "LEFTIE/LEFTY" is:
When the coin is held upright with the Queen facing right and the hologram at the bottom, and the edge section to the left of the lowest edge point is milled
