Offered here is an antique apothecary jar with the remains of an original Park Davis label attached.  This jar or bottle stands 5" tall and 2" in diameter.  It is marked with letters and numbers on the bottom.  Please refer to the photos for details.  I see no damage to the glass, other that very tiny chips to the inner edge of the stopper.
