Beautiful 1920's Vintage Style Black Rhinestone & Sequined Cloche Flapper Hat by Patricia Josephine Antique Style Design.  This Beautiful Cloche Hat is made with a Vintage Black Straw Hat Blank and is 23 inches in size with 15 inches over the crown.  The brim is covered with a black embroidered trim.  The crown is decorated with a wide vintage style sequined embroidered appliqué with vintage rhinestone bows in the 1920's style.  Couture and One of a Kind.
