This is an original vintage sewing pattern by Vogue.
The envelope description states,
"Dress with bias cut, slightly bloused bodice, has long, below elbow length set in sleeves or is sleeveless. Bias cowl collar crosses at center back and buttons. Slim skirt has a slight ease at waistline. Self tie or purchased belt."
Condition: Excellent. The envelope has some light wear and tear. The pattern has been very carefully used and partially cut.
This pattern came from the collection of an accomplished seamstress who took wonderful, meticulous care of her patterns.
