Postage:

Depending on the service you pick below are the estimated days.

Royal mail 1^st class: should take up to 1-2 working days, they do aim for next working day from collection

Royal mail 2^nd class: should take up to 2-3 working days, they do aim for 3 working days from collection

My Hermes: should take between 2-10 days, but they state that the average time is 3 days from collection

There is a chance that the parcels will take longer if the information provide to us incorrect (i.e. address) or courier have not managed to process the parcel, and for that reason we will appreciate it if you can wait patiently for your parcels. If a parcel says it has been received and you know for a fact it has not, then please email us as we can try and resolve the issue for you.

Exchange or refund:

We offer exchange and refund to our customers within 14 days of purchase, on items which are in original condition, unworn and tags still attached. We would advise you to email us before sending parcel back.
