PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY....Hard to find 17" tall "Flashing Stick" toy featuring The Marvel Superhero Spiderman. I think this piece was made for the overseas market by Sun Hing Toy Co in Hong Kong. It is fully licensed by Marvel and is dated 1996. Original cardboard tag is still attached.The vinyl Spiderman figure at the top of the tube measures 3.5" tall. The piece has flashing lights and is working fine (new batteries installed). It is in excellent shape with the only flaw I could find is that the round red plastic disc Spiderman is standing on is a little bowed (been in storage for many years). NOTE...I am not responsible for CUSTOMS fees or delays on items sent overseas.
