You are looking at a 1966 Mattel Casey doll with Red Bob Hair. #1180 Twist N Turn with Rooted Eyelashes. Few discolored areas to legs, mostly right ankle/foot, few other areas (see pics). Also small crack behind left knee (see pic), but otherwise good condition for age & rarity.
